Common questions from operators
How do you verify drivers?
Every driver has email and phone verified before they can request a relocation. You see their history, rating, and completion record before approving each move.
Who's liable if a vehicle is damaged?
Drivers operate under your rental agreement and insurance policy for the duration of the move. Most drivers choose to buy additional cover at the counter.
Is there a minimum volume?
No. Our platform is designed to work whether you have 1 move or 1,000 a month. Because we match your vehicles with travellers who already want to relocate, the system is as effective for a single branch as it is for a national fleet. There is no minimum commitment.
How long does integration take?
Manual Terminal is live the same day. Bulk CSV typically goes live within a week. Enterprise XML / API depends on your team's availability — most operators are fully integrated within 3–4 weeks.
What if a driver doesn't show up?
If a driver cancels or fails to collect a vehicle within the agreed window, you will be refunded. Relist with one-click. You're never charged for a relocation that doesn't complete.
Which countries do you operate in?
We currently operate in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, South Africa, Brazil, Argentina, and Chile. If your market isn't listed, we're actively expanding.
