We are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation around the clock. Our hearts and thoughts go out to everyone affected by this unfortunate event and we appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities and governments around the world who are continuously working to safeguard us.

In this disconsolate setting, we want you to know that the health and safety of our customers and associates are of utmost priority. We thank you in advance for using Transfercar as a part of your travel plans. We understand changes and stress caused by the outbreak can be worrying and we wish to share the ways we can keep both travellers and staff at all locations safe. In order to regulate and accommodate safety measures provided to us by the Government and the travel and tourism industry, we request you to comply with the below measures.

  • All drivers are urge to self-isolate if they present any symptom. Depending on your unique circumstances, you may choose to delay or cancel your plans. If you do decide to travel, be sure to take steps to help prevent getting and spreading COVID-19 and other respiratory diseases during travel.  It is then upto the rental company to determine to accept or decline your travel. If you are unable to relocate, please ensure cancel your booking on the Transfercar platform.

  • Please ensure that you follow the health and safety guidelines provided by the Ministry of Health to assess if it is completely safe for you to travel.

  • For all bookings made within this period which is affected by the ongoing crisis, please select COVID-19 as the reason and cancellation fees will be waived on Transfercar platform.

  • Please refer to any announcements by the government
